At SKSIN Club, we strive to provide excellent service and value to our members and visitors. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we offer refunds for our services, memberships, and event registrations. We encourage you to read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

SKSIN Club offers a satisfaction guarantee on all our services. If you're not completely satisfied with the quality of our services or facilities, please let us know immediately so we can address your concerns.

This guarantee applies to both one-time purchases and membership subscriptions, subject to the specific conditions outlined in this policy.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

  • Service Issues: Equipment malfunctions or technical problems that significantly disrupt your gaming experience
  • Facility Problems: Unexpected facility closures or environmental issues affecting service delivery
  • Billing Errors: Incorrect charges or duplicate payments
  • Service Cancellations: Events or services canceled by SKSIN Club
  • Membership Cancellations: Subject to the specific conditions outlined in Section 4

3. Refund Request Timeframe

To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us of the issue within:

  • 24 hours of service completion for one-time gaming sessions or hourly services
  • 48 hours of the occurrence for technical issues or facility problems
  • 7 days of the charge date for billing errors
  • 14 days for membership cancellations, subject to the terms in Section 4

We strongly recommend that you report any issues as soon as they occur to ensure timely resolution.

4. Membership Refunds

4.1 Cooling-Off Period

New members have a 7-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase, during which they can cancel their membership and receive a full refund if they have not used the facilities or if facility usage has been minimal.

4.2 Monthly Memberships

Monthly memberships are non-refundable once the cooling-off period has passed. However, you may cancel your membership at any time to prevent future billing cycles. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of the current billing period.

4.3 Annual Memberships

Annual memberships may be eligible for a partial refund if canceled due to:

  • Relocation more than 50 km from our facility (proof required)
  • Medical conditions preventing use of our services (medical documentation required)
  • Extended facility closure (more than 14 consecutive days)

Partial refunds for annual memberships will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion, minus a €20 administration fee.

4.4 Membership Transfers

As an alternative to a refund, you may transfer your membership to another person, subject to a €10 transfer fee and the new member meeting our eligibility requirements.

5. Event and Tournament Refunds

5.1 Cancellation by User

Refunds for event and tournament registrations are available according to the following schedule:

  • 100% refund if canceled 7 or more days before the event
  • 50% refund if canceled 3-6 days before the event
  • No refund if canceled less than 3 days before the event

5.2 Cancellation by SKSIN Club

If we cancel an event or tournament, we will provide:

  • 100% refund of your registration fee, or
  • Option to transfer your registration to a future event
  • Credit for use on other SKSIN Club services

6. Gaming Session Refunds

6.1 Technical Issues

If you experience significant technical issues during your gaming session that our staff cannot resolve within a reasonable time, you may be eligible for:

  • A full refund if the issues occur within the first 30 minutes and make the session unusable
  • A partial refund proportional to the affected time if issues occur later in the session
  • A credit for future use equal to the affected time plus 50% bonus time

6.2 Reservation Cancellations

For pre-booked gaming sessions:

  • 100% refund if canceled more than 2 hours before the reserved time
  • 50% refund if canceled between 1-2 hours before the reserved time
  • No refund if canceled less than 1 hour before the reserved time

6.3 No-Shows

No refunds will be provided for no-shows. Reserved resources are held for 15 minutes past the reservation time, after which they may be released for other customers.

7. Merchandise and Food/Beverage Refunds

7.1 Merchandise

Unused merchandise in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase for:

  • Full refund to the original payment method
  • Exchange for another item
  • Store credit

7.2 Food and Beverages

Due to health and safety regulations, we generally do not offer refunds on food and beverages. However, if there are quality issues, please notify our staff immediately for resolution.

8. How to Request a Refund

Refund Request Process:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Reach out to us via email at refunds@sksinclub.lt, by phone at +447437780504, or in person at our reception desk.
  2. Provide Details: Include your name, contact information, receipt or order number, date of purchase or service, and reason for requesting a refund.
  3. Documentation: If applicable, provide supporting documentation (e.g., proof of technical issues, medical documentation, etc.).
  4. Review: Our customer service team will review your request within 2-3 business days.
  5. Resolution: You will be notified of the decision, and if approved, refunds will typically be processed within 5-7 business days.

9. Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method when possible:

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunded to the same card
  • Bank Transfers: Refunded to the originating account
  • Cash Payments: Refunded in cash if under €50, or by bank transfer for larger amounts

Please note that credit/debit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

10. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

10.1 Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure (extraordinary events or circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, power outages, government actions, etc.), we may adjust this refund policy accordingly.

10.2 Promotional Offers and Discounts

Services purchased with special promotional offers or significant discounts may be subject to different refund terms, which will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

10.3 Banned Users

Users banned from our facility for violation of our Terms of Service or Code of Conduct are not eligible for refunds.

11. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
